I’m trying to lodge an objection online, but despite trying on my laptop & iPad, the form won’t download. I get a message saying if it doesn’t eventually change to the form, to update adobe etc, which I’ve done on both devices, but still no resolution. I really need some help with this problem.

 Hi @GoldenArchie,

The form won't load on mobile devices, tablets or within a browser. To download the objection form properly, you need to:

  • right click on the objection form link
  • select 'save target as' (or similar option depending on your browser)
  • save it to your desktop computer or laptop
  • open the saved form with Adobe Acrobat Reader DC
  • enable JavaScript if prompted before filling in the form.

You must save it to your computer first and ensure you have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat installed. If you're still having trouble, try using a different browser like Firefox or Google Chrome. You can also clear your browser cache and cookies to remove any stored information that might be causing issues.

If you're still unable to use the online form, you can submit a paper objection form.
