I've attempted numerous time to submit the "Foreign Resident Capital Gains Withholding Clearance Certificate application to ATO but submission will not go through successfully. An error message stating technical issues popped up every time. Is there another link I can use other than https://www.ato.gov.au/single-page-applications/frwt-certificate? The settlement is less than 3 weeks. Thanks

Just in case anyone out there encounters the same issue, please re-submit without any supporting documents attached. It'll go through successfully as long as your personal details are correct.
