Hi @Letsplay,

It's good that you've already contacted us about your unpaid super for 2024 and 2025. We take non-compliance with super guarantee obligations seriously and we're working on your case.

This process can take some time, and while we can't promise we'll be able to recover all your unpaid super, we'll do our best and keep you updated along the way. The sooner we know about unpaid super, the greater chance we have to recover it.

For the current financial year where your employer is still not paying, you can report this to us using the online tool after each quarterly due date has passed. Employers must pay super at least quarterly by these dates:

  • 28 October (for July to September)
  • 28 January (for October to December)
  • 28 April (for January to March)
  • 28 July (for April to June).

You can check with your super fund to confirm if any payments have been made by checking your member statements or phoning your fund. You can also link to ATO online services via myGov to view super contributions paid into your super fund.

You should continue reporting any unpaid super to us using the online tool at Report unpaid super contributions from my employer. Make sure you lodge a referral after the lodgment due date for any periods that appear to be unpaid.
