This is a known intermittent issue originating from the Australian Government Digital Identity System (AGDIS), introduced in March 2025. Because the error isn't happening on our side, we're limited in how we can help resolve it.
Based on what you've shared, the problem is likely the browser’s cache. It occurs intermittently and often resolves itself over time.
However, we’ve found that using an incognito/private browsing window usually works, as it avoids writing to or accessing the browser cache.
AGDIS has provided the following suggestions to help resolve the issue:
- Clear the browser’s cache.
- Ensure the browser is fully up to date.
- Try using an alternative browser.
