my previous employer has not recorded any of my wages with the ATO, nor paid any of my superannuation and paid me on the incorrect award. i have an employment contract with wrong award in writing and can show I was not actually ever paid per hour as per NES, award or contractual conditions. PAYG and super contributions were withheld from my income (substantial amount owed) and this is represented on my employer provided payslips - there is no "upload here" for attachments when using ATO reporting tool and thus my unpaid super claim has been closed by [removed by moderator] your deputy commissioner for super, due to not being able to find record of employee-employer relationship. I have not been requested to provide payslips or any of my document evidence such as the employment contract etc..... all which were sent to me from my employers email, in writing digitally dated and timestamped.

G'day @TAusten 👋
Have you contacted the Fair Work Ombudsman? They are the regulator for employment matters. The best place to start for your situation 🤓
