I recently recieved a pay out from fair work as I was underpaid by my employer. Should I be recieving superannuation on top of this payment?

If your employer is back paying you for salary/wages that you are owed, there would normally be a superannuation component. If you believe your employer owes you super, you can use the 'Am I entitled to super?' tool on our website or the 'Report unpaid super' tool.
