Can I make multiple BPAY payments to ATO?

I'm looking to pay a tax debt but the bank I'm with has a daily transfer limit including BPAY.

Would it be possible to make multiple BPAY payments with the same PRN in the course of several days or does the payment need to be in a single transaction?

It doesn't need to be a single transaction - you can do it in multiple transactions before the due date
