I've lodged my tax return July 2020, ammended it Dec 2020.. its May 2021 now and the status is still in progress- Balancing account.. how long will this take to get a move on?

Our service standard for processing amendments lodged electronically is 12 business days, so it definitely should've been processed by now! You'll need to contact us to follow up on what's happening.
