 going through family law court & Ex has tax debts & gst Debts .

 whislt I undersatnd I am now % liable for his indiscetions ,  I have been told that  he cannot expect to make me liable for any % of this as  he collected  the GST for the ATo & he alone must forward that to the ATO he was acting as a sole trader for 4 years (alone)

Question 1 is this correct

Question 2 where can I locate info
