Do employees have to fill out a TFN declaration form when change employment types, ie, full time, part time, casual, etc. Thanks

Hi 0331,

A TFN declaration is used to determine the withholding obligation by the employer. The fact that an employee is now going to be working fulltime, partime or casual will not impact these obligations. If you receive an updated declaration from an employee, it will override the previous one.
