Since last week, I am having the following errors when I log in to the TAP.

"Income tax lodgment status is currently unavailable."

Practice mail is currently unavailable. "

And when I search or view a client,

"An error has occurred

We are currently experiencing technical difficulties. We apologise for any inconvenience.Try again later.If the problem continues visit Troubleshooting for tax practitionersOpens in a new window or contact usOpens in a new window.

ATOO-XXXXXXXXXXXXX"

My co-worker doesn't have the any problems in the TAP. Can view/search clients and download reports.

Can you please help me with the issue/s?

Hi @FatimaB,

Have the principal authority check your permissions in Access Manager. They should confirm you're allowed to view lodgments, practice mail, and clients.

Then, try some general troubleshooting. Clear your caches and cookies, or try on a different browser.
