Hi,
I received an amended payment summary letter from centerlink recently after I repaid my debt for financial year 2018/19. I was told by centerlink I need amend my tax return using the amounts shown in this letter in my Income Tax Return instead of the amounts shown on the original payment summary.
But I got an error when I tried to amend my tax return for financial year 2018/19 online within ATO online services. It allows me to modify and put the new amount, and do the evaluation, but it always shows the following error when I sumbit the "lodge amendent".

I called ATO twice, and the support told me that centerlink need send ATO system the new amount of payment summary, otherwise it will fail when ATO system checks the amount doesn't match. I called centerlink twice as well, and the response was centerlink system had automatically sent this new amount to ATO, and nothing they can do now.
So now the situation is centerlink says the new amount of payment summary is sent to ATO, but ATO says it is not received. Anyone got the same issue before and how to fix it? Thank you.
