Hello I am very frustrated with the ATO. I have logged on to the ATO protal as I was told I would get my refund by today. My effective date showed 22/07/2021 on Tuesday I also had sms on Tuesday saying I would get payments I have been waiting since 01/07. Tonight I log on and I see User requested amendment and processing date 24 Nov. This is incorrect I did not ammend my request. My girl friend and a few others we know are having same problem we did not amend the return. You need to get these problems fixed I can see many people are in same postion and are companing on Facebook.
ATO needs to get the system fixed up last week you had major issue and appogised for it but it seems the issue is not fixed. I spoke to your worker today who said its fraud issue and this was wrong . Its not a fraud issue if someone tries to log onto my account they need to put the pin sent to my mobile . She wasted my time and was very rude. Others having same issues all over facebook. I spoke to Daily mail who have asked me to keep them in the loop. You have one option and thats to refund everyones money otherwise youll be on the NEWS
