Subclass 444 Special Catergory Visa (SCV) and selling property once returning to NZ

Hi,

I'm on a Subclass 444 Special Catergory Visa (SCV).

I have a couple of properties back in NZ.

I'm looking to go back to NZ next year.

If I sold one of the properties at some stage would I need to pay CGT from an Australian perspective?

I don't think I fall under the area of being a permanent resident or giving up my permanent residency.

Any information would be great as struggling to find the answers to this.

So I can understand your question, are you going to sell your property once you're back in NZ or while you're still in Australia?
