I’m writing to you as to enquire about support towards recovering private superannuation fund which had been forwarded/transfered onto Australian (Perth)Taxation Office due to privet fund management (AMP) unsuccessful to contact me last known overseas address.
Previously, had attempted to deliver this message though my.gov.au website, however failed attempts due to not having my personal tax file reference number, (forgotten/lost).

If you are unable to locate your (TFN) you can contact us on +61 3 9203 4027. You will be asked some questions to pass a proof of identity check though once that has been accepted the operator will be able to assist you with your TFN enquiry.
