I tried to register on mygovID but I have dfferent names on my passport and my driver's license. My passport includes a first name that I never use. This name doesn't appear on my DL. I scanned both documents into the MYgovID registration and it rejected my registration and now I can't proceed further. I deleted the app, reloaded it and tried again but it remembers the data already entered. Can anyone suggest what I can do to start again and/or register?

Hi @djatocommunity,

You will need two IDs that have your name listed correctly to reach a standard identity strength. I have sent you an email to ask for more information.
