Hello @Cathie_2021
When you first created your myGov account you were emailed a unique username. Your myGov username has 2 letters and 6 numbers, for example, XY123456. Would you still have a record of that?
If not, you can ask for it to be retrieved and sent to you as an SMS. To do this select the Forgot username link at the sign-in page and enter your email address used to create your myGov account.
Your username will be sent to the mobile number associated with your account. Of course if that has changed too then this won't work. Once you have your username you can enter it and select the Forgot password link.
You then enter your username again, select the mobile option and a 4 digit code will be sent to verify your login. Once you're in your account you can change your email address, password and other sign in options.
If none of the above works for you then you'll need to create a new myGov account. You won't be able to access any old inbox messages that were in your old account.
