The link to form NAT 74957 (private ta https://www.ato.gov.au/workarea/downloadasset.aspx?id=6455) on page https://www.ato.gov.au/forms/private-ruling-application-form/ is not working. It tells me to upgrade my adobe reader to the latest version, which I did. I tried downloading the form on another computer and it said the same thing.

The ATO phone help said they don't send emails (of forms). Is there anything else I can do to obtain this form, to apply for a private tax ruling?

I'll pass this onto the relevant team and see if we can get it working, or get you a copy of the form.
