If an employer wants to get a copy of Payment summary Annual Report lodged with the ATO for the employees who didn’t report through STP, what are the options available?

If the employer is unable to obtain the payment summary annual report (PSAR) details from their own records, the only way to obtain them from the ATO is to contact us via phone. We can provide the details verbally or send printed copies by post. The service standard for printed copies is 28 days.
