How does a Tax Agent find a Stapled Super fund for a client's employee? The instructions refer to being able to access the stapled fund information via the business portal, but does not seem to allow BAS or Tax Agents this access in their portals. Trying to understand how, as a Tax/BAS Agent we can offer our support with this.

Hi @KayleeT, We're pleased to see businesses starting to prepare for the change. From 1 November 2021 you'll be able to see a new page that'll allow you to request employee stapled super fund details. If you haven't done so, check out the information on the link @cratsky provided. We encourage you to ensure access manager is up to date so the appropriate people can make requests. If this isn't an option we'll be able to provide the information over the phone after 1 November 2021.

I am not sure if you are understanding my delema! As a Tax agent, the only way we will be able to access Stapling information is to lodge this Bulk Request (which could take who knows how long) or to get our clients to access their own Business Portals. It would be very handy if the TAX/BAS Agents had an access like the business portal to this function in our TAP.
