There is a way you can access online services for the business while overseas. You'll need to set up your myGovID. I'm assuming you wont be able to provide any Australian documents to verify yourself on there. What this means is your account will be setup as a basic user. Your employer then authorises you as a basic user to act on behalf of the business. Do keep in mind there are some restrictions to having a basic level account, but this is the only way to act on behalf of the business online.
