HI everyone, we will be landing in Australia with a PR visa, but since I still have a job in Korea, I will have to go back to Korea to work after setting my wife and my boy. I will come back to visit them occasionally but it's unlikely i will stay in Australia for more than 90 days in a year unless i could find a new job in Australia.

We bought a house already with both myself and my wife's name in the title as we could only get a mortgage with my current job's income.

I wonder if I would be considerd having a strong tie in Australia and local residency for tax purpose?

I used the online tool, the questions are kindda vague...for example "Do you have social or economic ties to a country", the answer is definitey yes to me cos I have a job and a house in Korea ...and also supporting the life of my parents and my in-law. However, I wonder having my name on the title of the house that my wife&kid are living australia would make me a local residency?

Any advice is highly appreciated.
