I have my old residential property that I have been renting out for 10 years. So just to confirm thatI can sell it to my SMSF. Can I use the rolled over employer super contributions to pay for it and probably would need to borrow some.money from the bank.

"No - residential property" means that your SMSF cannot buy a residential property from a member.

The law does not allow this to happen.
