Dear Officers,My business is a new start-up (still in ATO's one-year toleration period), and I was busying in moving office, moving home, law, and so on, so that I paid one of my employees super late. The timeline is as follows,1) 28th July 2021 is the due date to pay the super2) On 31st July 2021, I lodge the payment instruction, the amount is $88.573) On 3rd August 2021, I paid the super to ATO's account4) On 4th August 2021, I enquired ATO about SGC and filled the formMy dilemmas are:1) I cannot use MyGovID. It is always stuck at verifying my VISA.2) I tried to mail the form to ATO's address and changed the SGC lodgement date back to 7th August 2021, according to the ATO officer's suggestion. But it cannot be printed. It shows the message "PLEASE DO NOT SAVE THIS FORM AS PDF".So my questions are:What should I do now? My friend suggests It is ok for a new start-up for this small late that I don't need to do anything but ATO's response is official.Since the interest is accrued daily and ATO's officer suggested I lodge as soon as possible. So I am quite worried and ask help here. Thank you!Kind regards,Limin
Hi @sharkdeng
Just a question about your myGovID...is there an error message when you're trying to verify your visa? It would be good if we can help fix this so you can lodge online.
To create an SGC statement, complete the super guarantee charge statement and calculator tool on our website. When you use the tool, it will create the SGC statement which you can then print. You can then mail the completed statement to our postal address.
For the postal address, refer to Working out the SGC on the super guarantee charge page on our website.
