Hello

I am current based in the UK and I need to contact the mygov support team however my skype subscription does not allow me to dial 1300 numbers without paying an extra fee. Can you you please advise me what other numbers I can use to call ?

If you need to contact us from overseas, there are a few numbers available on our contact us page (link below). About three quarters of the way down under the 'Overseas enquiries myGov' heading you will see a non-1300 international number you can call for myGov specific enquiries.

Hi Steph,

Thanks for your reply .That number +612 6216 3444 is brilliant for contacting my gov directly. I called the general switch +61 2 6216 1111 which put me through to mygov. My problem is that I am trying to access my gov account and the verification code was being sent to my phone which had been incorrect deactivated an ongoing issue I am trying to resolve with phone carier. I asked whether the code could be sent to a UK phone number but was advised that it was not possible to send the code to an international number,and to use the mycode generator app to get a secure code.That solution resulted in a code being sent to the phone I could not access. I then rang back again and was advised the other solution was to set up a new mygov account, select a new option for verification and then link the new account to the old one. That maybe the route I will go down if my phone carier cannot reactivate my phone.
