Hi @baojinwang

Yes - Australian residents for tax purposes must report their foreign and worldwide income. This includes rental income from real estate.

They may be able to claim for rental expenses they've spent on the foreign rental property as long as it is rented, or genuinely available for rent.

Have a look at our website for more information about foreign and worldwide income and rental expenses to claim.
