I sent a MES form last month, in order to complete my tax refund purposes. I've received a confirmation email but it has been more than a month now, I'm still haven't heard anything yet. How do I find out if my application has been processed or not yet?

Hi @aussindo, Unfortunately we won't be able to provide an update on this as Services Australia handles these applications. You would need to contact them to see if they can provide an update. The timeframe they advise it should be processed in is 6 weeks. Once processed they'll send the statement to the address you supplied on your application.
