I can't login to MyGovID. When I enter my email address, it goes to the next page and instead of the code it has "waiting" in the box. I've tried clearing my cache, trying different browsers and different devices. Nothing is working. I'm not interested in deleting the app as that's not where the issue is and I've had issues getting the app set up in the past resulting in hours on the phone to unhelpful tech support.

That sounds frustrating! What kind of device/model are you using? The more detail the better - we'll try find out what's going on there.
