The Licensor and the Licensee entered into office service agreement, but the Licensee would like to terminate agreement and offered a sum payment as full and final settlement of the agreement, the Licensor accepted the Licensee offer. The Licensor and Licensee are both GST registered, but there is no GST mentioned in the deed of settlement, could the Licensee claim GST credit for the settlement payment to the Licensor? Appreciate for your answers.

Hiya @Qiannn,

You would have to talk to the Licensor and see if GST was charged on the transaction. If no GST was charged, you have nothing to claim. If you were charged GST you can claim a credit.
