Hey,


I'm trying to register for GST for my new business (Partnership) and am unable to get to the login page to access the portal. Keeps returning the following error


"Bad Request - Request Too Long


HTTP Error 400. The size of the request headers is too long."


Any ideas?

If you're only experiencing the issue on one browser, it indicates there's an issue with that browser. Usually clearing your cache and cookies will fix this.


For Firefox, here's how to do that:

  1. Click the menu button in the top right (it looks like three horizontal lines on top of each other), then click Settings
  2. Select Privacy & Security on the left.
  3. Scroll to Cookies and Site Data. Click Clear Data
