Sorry that you've been having these issues.
The visa/ foreign passport instructions from the myGov ID website lists some factors that might prevent a visa from verifying online.
Have you tried to create a myGovID previously with a different email address? Sometimes documents don't verify because they're already linked to another email address. If using a new email address you'd need different documents.
If your passport and visa information can't be verified and you don't have two other required documents, you may be eligible for a basic identity strength for the time being. This means you'd need to show your vaccination status via a paper certificate until your account can be updated to a standard identity strength.
Hopefully others might chime in with some other advice, which is why it's always good to post questions on an open forum. However the myGov ID helpline is the right avenue for troubleshooting because they're trained to help with account issues and enquiries.
