We've been told a fix went in over the weekend, so the error should no longer pop up! Please let us know of course if you do see it again :)

Just to confirm - this error pops up when you're using Online services for agents?
Firm wide is interesting! I'll have a bit of a dig and see what I can find out.
This has also happened to me a few times in the last two days - already login into ATO online services - usually when navigating to another information. Affects the main dashboard links as well
Same thing happened tonight.
Business log in. Just completed and sybmitted my BAS, went to use the SUper Clearing House, got logged out then received the error message. Interested in hearing a fix for this. Will be retsarting my computer just incase it is a local issue with Chrome.

Access Denied (license_suspended)
Your request is not permitted: "The SG appliance license is suspended. Cannot communicate with License Validation server. The license has been temporarily disabled because this appliance cannot successfully communicate with the license validation server. A communication channel to the validation server must be allowed at all times in order to keep the license on this appliance enabled. "
Still getting this error across all browsers. Its a bit annoying when you have forms to lodge or information to get
