Is superannuation paid for public holiday, public holiday loading, annual leave, annual leave loading to employees unless it is over time?
My recognition is that these four things are part of OTE (ordinary time earnings) as long as they are not over time.

Superannuation is paid on the employees Ordinary time earnings (OTE), generally this does not include overtime earnings.
You'll need to refer to List of payments that are ordinary time earnings to determine what will be included in your calculation for Super Guarantee.
