I cancelled partnership abn and gst on the phone with ato but That was a mistake and I need to re Instate the same abn and gst. Is that possible ?

You can reapply for your ABN online. You can also elect to register for GST. There is a question on the application where you can say you have held an ABN before and we will use this information to reinstate your old ABN.
