Let's say for example my username on Youtube is ATO Confusion, I am ABN registed btw, am I required to get a business name to continue my Youtube under that username or is it fine if I don't get one?

It's completely up to you! If you're a sole trader (I'm assuming you are) you'll be trading under your actual name. If you'd like to register for a business name to trade under, you're able to do so too. You can read more about registering a business name on our website.

that is still me trading under my legal name?
A username doesnt mean I am trading under another name?
