Having trouble trying to log into the TAP, Used edge and got it setup no issues but now on the mygovid.gov.au site it shows 'Welcome back, you are being logged in as '

this part is blank and has no email address.


Trying to change the user encounters the problem that it seems to not want to connect for a authorisation code.

Then tried Firefox and chrome and the first log in had no trouble but since when I try to manually type in the email address it does not want to connect and hangs with the waiting circle going on nonstop.

There are no notifcations through the mygovID app either.


How does this get fixed?

Sounds like you have tried lots of different things. We will check it out, did you happen to get any error codes or other messages?


We were doing some system maintenance over the weekend.
