I am trying to set up an online payment plan. There is no overdue amount and it is for Activity Statement 002 - PAYG for the Jan-Mar quarter of 2022. I am getting an error "You are not eligible for an online payment plan". I have set them up before so would like to know why it is no longer allowing me to do it.

It's hard to say without being able to access your account.
Some common reasons are -
I can only suggest following the directions on our online payment plan page for what to do if you can't enter into the arrangement online.
