Further to the above, I have a client who hasn't paid SG (Super Guarantee) dating back to the 2019/20 year, he is on a payment plan with the ATO and has filed all his SGC Statements, the question is when do those payments go into each employee's super funds ?

Hi @Simbojimbo85,

The timeframe for these payments to be deposited into employee accounts depends on a couple of things.

We're unable to deposit anything until the relevant SGC statements have finalised. Once the SGC statement has finalised and payment is made, our system debits the employers SGC account and transfers the balance to the employees super account in our system. The amounts are then transferred to the employees superfund on a twice a month basis. The payments are sent on the next available payment run after being deposited into the employees account.

We have a previous thread available on this topic that goes into detail a little further - definitely worth a read.
