Hi There

I am currently working as a subcontractor for an NDIS support coordinator.

The services are listed as GST free, however, I'm wondering if I should be charging GST as i am not receiving payment directly from the NDIS

Hi @DylanAbel

You don't need to be paid directly by NDIS in order for it to maintain it's GST-free status.

There are some requirements that need to be met for services to NDIS participants to be GST-free. Take a look at our page for National Disability Insurance Scheme to see if your situation fits. :)
