Strengthen your Digital Identity

Your Digital Identity doesn't meet the requirements for Centrelink. Please go to your myGovID to strengthen your identity. You may need to use your identity provider app to give details from more identity documents and use face verification.


My current mygovid is Standard and i cannot find a place to scan my face so the strength becoming Strong.


What i want is to link my Centrelink to My Gov.

My mobile is apple and how can i make mygovid to strong???

You'll need to verify your Australian passport, and then Verify your photo to get a strong identity strength.


If you can't verify your photo, you won't be able to get a strong identity strength.


There are a couple of other options for linking your myGov to Centrelink services other than using a myGovID, if you need. You can read your options on the Services Australia website.

I am PR with my home country's passport.

Does that mean I cannot further strength mygovid?

Do we have any other way which will not need with an AUSTRALIAN passport?
