Does leave taken during a week count as ordinary-time for Superannuation and overtime calculations?

For example if I take a leave day for any reason on the Monday, do those leave hours contribute to my weekly tally of ordinary-time hours for over-time and therefore Superannuation Guarantee purposes ? In my enterprise agreement all time over 38 ordinary-time hours are classed as over-time.
