I am executor and next of kin for my deceased sister. How can I access her super without a death nomination.

Hi @anneccota,

Sorry for your loss. If you're the executor on behalf of your late sister's deceased estate, have you provided us with notification and documentation advising us of this? In the form you can request to be added as the legal personal representative (see point 6). You can also apply for ATO held super on the 3rd party request for super.

You can look at the website and the forms and go from there. If you need further assistance, please let us know.

I have done all you have mentioned. They have copies of everything. There was no probate needed so as executor I am being told they need to be notified from the super fund as no death nomination.Super fund closed the account April 2021 and sent to ATO.I have rang ATO monthly.
