Hi team,


Can I make sure that the payment I received in FY2022 for my previous years pay which is the underpayment that fair work helped me chase will not be included in my FY2022 taxable income for the Medicare levy surcharge purpose?


Can i have lump sum E payments tax offset?


Pls note that the rate for the underpayment is the FY2019,2021,2020 rate.

It seems I did not receive the super for The underpayment.
