When setting up the MyGovID we continually get the error code 45022 (422) even after we have completed the deletion procedure and reset the app..


how do I get it to verify the email address?

Hi @Melapproach1,


We advise that you need to wait an hour before trying again. With this error code the system will lock you out for one hour, before you can try using the same email address again.
