To claim the whole purchase, amount the vehicle would be 100% for business use and needs to be a vehicle that's not a car. We define a “Car” as a vehicle that has a carry load of one tone or less and less than 9 passengers and go by the compliance plate. If you first purchase it as a car then the car limit will apply.
You have state “Has been manufactured to meet payload capacity” are you referring to after market modifications?
When you refer to the payload capacity also know as maximum load there is a thread you can check out where we have talked about the calculation of the payload capacity.
