Hi @Janine001,


This error would indicate a network error and the advice for this error is:


  • ensure your mobile internet or wi-fi is on and that you're not in flight mode.
  • make sure you have the most up to date version of the app.
  • completely close the app and open it up again making sure another session open in the background

This should rectify the issue.
