I work a two week on - two week off roster on a remote site in WA. My regular hours of work are 12 hours per day, 6AM - 6PM, every day of those two weeks I am rostered on. On my pay slip my employer splits the total hours worked into two categories. Base Hourly P/Stations, and,

Base Hourly >38 P/stations.

The employer is currently paying my super contributions based on only the first 38 hours worked and not the >38 hours. For the purpose of defining OTE (ordinary time earnings) since my expected regular hours of work are 12 hours a day for 14 days in a row, since none of my hours worked are classified as “overtime”, shouldn’t my super be calculated on all hours worked over the two week period?

Hiya @dansed,

I think the scenario you're looking at is to do with the way your hours are dictated in your agreement. If you have a look at the first example on overtime earnings, it sounds like that is the way your employer has it worked out.
