I am not sure where do I put that Stamp Duty Deduction for Investment property purchased in the ACT on MyTax

Hi @Hazzatsa,


The lease hold in the ACT is a crown lease for 99yrs, as such you can claim an immediate deduction for the stamp duty on myTax. You can put this at the Rent section of your return.


This can be reported as a lease document expense, (pg 15 via the link).
