Hi just wonder How would we find out the stapled super for terminated staff?
Can you please manually extend the end-date to allow us to request those stapled funds?
If so, how we should do on our side? Thank you

You can request stapled super via online services. If you have access to online services for business you can request it by selecting employees, then employee super accounts.
For online services for agents from the client's summary page select business then employee super accounts.
You should immediately request a stapled super fund for your employee and start making contributions on their behalf.
