I am a sole trader with ABN. Non primary production.
I bought a computer for my business in Feb 2022. I calculated that $800 of the computer is business use, the rest is private.
To claim the $800, where do I put this in my business return on myTax - is it at “depreciation expenses manually calculated?” Do I also need to put this number in the Other Business and Professional Items section where it says “Temporary full expensing deduction”?
i don’t have any other items left that i have depreciated in the past. This is the only depreciation item.
Also, what is “Small business entity simplified depreciationDeduction for certain assets”. Do i need to put the figure in this section?
